Every order is important to us, and we strive to fill and ship orders as fast as possible. Our shipping department ships from Dallas, TX at 3pm CST Monday - Friday.  

 Domestic shipping options:

Standard Shipping 5-10 Days inside Contiguous United States ($9.00):  Ships via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

2-5 Day shipping ($15.00): Ships via United States Postal Service Priority Mail only.

Overnight Shipping:  The majority of our products are available on Amazon.com. Amazon provides the lowest cost and most reliable overnight solution available. If you cannot find the product you need overnighted on Amazon.com, please contact Support@Nflightcam.com.  We will accommodate overnight requests on a case-by-case basis.

 Tracking:

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed in our system. This email will be followed by a shipment confirmation email as soon as our warehouse has picked and packed your order and generated a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to use this tracking number to track your package from our warehouse in Dallas, TX to your home.  

Tips: 

Please make sure your address is accurate. If our shipping software cannot validate an address, we will hold the shipment while we contact you to verify the address. If an order is returned or delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible for the cost of the product or the cost of shipping.  

International Shipping:

We ship international orders almost every day using United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. This is the lowest cost international carrier that is reliable. Our experience has been good, but occasionally the local delivery agents and/or customs can delay the package.  

If you prefer to have your product shipped UPS, select the $75 UPS option. $75 is an average cost to ship UPS international. If you select this option, we will contact you with the actual cost of shipping. If it is more, we will send you a bill for the remaining balance.  If it is less, we will refund the difference.  

Customs, VAT, and Duties: We are a U.S.-based company, and we are not responsible for your country's VAT, customs, or duties. Please do not be surprised if your country requires an additional payment to deliver the goods.
