Every purchase is important to us, and we strive to fill orders as quickly as possible, often the same day the order is placed. Our main warehouse in Dallas ships orders by 3pm CST Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays. There is usually also a Saturday morning postal run before the post office closes at noon.
Domestic Shipping Options:
Please note we do not guarantee delivery times, as weather and postal service delays are not within our realm of control.
Standard Shipping: By default, our packages ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, with target delivery in 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take 5-7 business days. We also offer UPS Ground shipping as an alternative to USPS.
Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout, such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed in our system. This will be followed by a shipment confirmation email when our warehouse has picked and packed your order and generated a label for your shipment. You will be able to use this tracking number to track your package from our Dallas warehouse to your home.
Please make sure your address is entered accurately. If there is a delivery failure due to an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible for the cost of the product or the cost of shipping. If the package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it again to an updated address.
VAT, Customs, and Duties: We are a US-based company, and we are not responsible for your country's VAT, customs, or duties. Please do not be surprised if your country requires an additional payment to deliver the goods. Payment of this fee upon delivery is your responsibility. If your package is returned to sender due to failure to collect your parcel or pay your import fees, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it again to an updated address.
Depending on your destination country, we ship international orders using either United States Postal Service Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Our experience has been good overall, but occasionally your local delivery agents or customs can delay the package. We have no control over the time it takes packages to clear customs in your country.
For orders within Europe, we attempt to ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands using PostNL. If your product is not in stock there, it will ship from our Dallas warehouse.
For orders within New Zealand and Australia, we attempt to ship from our warehouse in Napier, NZ. If your product is not in stock there, it will ship from our Dallas warehouse.
For orders within Canada, we attempt to ship from our warehouse in Edmonton. If your product is not in stock there, it will ship from our Dallas warehouse.
