Our lifetime warranty is simple. If you send us a broken NFlight microphone, we will replace it, even if the damage is from abuse. That's right. Even if the damage was caused by pilot error, we will get a new microphone in the mail to you.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The NFlight microphone is produced by NFlight Technology LLC, which has been manufacturing products for the aviation industry for the past decade. We stand behind each of our products with a lifetime warranty. If your NFlight microphone has a problem, regardless of fault, send it back to us, and we will send you a new mic. A $40 warranty fee applies to the $250 Classic or $300 Pro models, or a $75 warranty fee applies to the $450 TSO model. For manufacturer defect within 6 months of the purchase date, the warranty fee will be waived.

This warranty allows for one replacement. Subsequent replacements are solely at our discretion.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If you purchase your microphone second-hand, the warranty does not apply.

Return Policy (30-day Satisfaction Guarantee)

At NFlight, we strive for your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, please return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete and in its original condition.

Please notify us before returning your product by emailing support@nflightmic.com. We will issue a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) to include with the returned product.

Late or Missing Refund

If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please email support@nflightmic.com or call (907) 891-8607. 

Exchanges

We will replace any item that is defective or damaged. (See warranty above)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us at support@nflightmic.com to receive return shipping instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service and email the tracking number to us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
