Return and Refund Policy
Our lifetime warranty is simple. If you send us a broken NFlight Microphone, we will replace it once, even if the damage is from abuse. That's right, even if the damage was caused by pilot error, we will send you a new microphone in the mail.
The NFlight Microphone is produced by NFlight Technology LLC, which has been manufacturing products for the aviation industry for the past nine years. We stand behind every one of our products with a lifetime warranty. If your NFlight Microphone has a problem, regardless of fault, send it back to us, and we will send you a new one. This warranty allows for one replacement.
At NFlight, we strive for your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, please return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition.
Please notify us before returning your product by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) to include with the returned product.
Late or Missing Refund
If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please email email@example.com or call (907) 891-8607.
We will replace any item that is defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a credit for the value of your return.
To return your product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
