Thought I could get by with the cheapos from amazon. Audio quality was substantially better than the amazon ones and I didn't have to twist the cable to get both channels to work either! Save yourself some time and ultimately money by getting this one. Customer support was awesome, somehow my original order got lost right at the mailbox, who knows maybe it got left on the truck or maybe some of my neighbors are aviation enthusiasts and saw an opportunity. Either way, they sent out a new one, no questions asked. Couldn't recommend NFlight products enough.
