This product utilizes the same design and parts that make up the NFlight Nomad Pro, but we attach the David Clark M7A TSO-approved aviation microphone to our boom to meet the demands of professional pilots who must fly with a TSO-approved microphone at work.
Please note: TSO approval only applies to the David Clark M7A aviation microphone.
How it works: The NFlight Nomad is an aviation microphone that can be attached to any headset using the included 3M Dual Lock.
The NFlight Nomad has a 2.5mm audio output that can be plugged into the headset's auxiliary audio input.
The NFlight Nomad Pro accepts 3.5mm audio inputs, allowing you to listen to music while you fly. It also has a mono/stereo selector switch, making it compatible with both mono and stereo aircraft intercoms.
The NFlight Nomad plugs into standard PJ or twin-plug jacks on any fixed-wing aircraft.
Try it for 30 days. If you are not completely happy, we will refund your money.

While the microphone and the headset were two different manufacturers I would never have known using it, it felt seamless. The sound quality from the microphone was excellent and the boom mic was easy to place and stayed where I put it once I found a good position for it.
The N flight mike has been working extremely well. Love the size.
I be switched from the classic to the TSO version. And it is even better than my original classic. Can’t tell you enough in the customer service I have received from Patrick and his crew!!!!
Great sound and communication. Thankful it's TSO'd for company compliance, but would have been really nice to have in an XLR (Airbus) connection... The added XLR connector makes it really difficult to fit everything in the case!
Thanks for the feedback, Luke! We're glad you're enjoying your TSO'd mic. We only offer this mic in the twin-plug version, which is what the vast majority of our customers need. If we manufacture the Airbus version in the future, we'll be happy to swap you out for that one!
Love the TSO mic. ATC and crew members say it sounds great! Very happy! Thank you!
