Please note: TSO approval only applies to the David Clark M7A aviation microphone.

Excellent

While the microphone and the headset were two different manufacturers I would never have known using it, it felt seamless. The sound quality from the microphone was excellent and the boom mic was easy to place and stayed where I put it once I found a good position for it.

Great Microphone

I loved it! Works great, I can completely forget about it when I fly and it is absolutely not a problem at all!

Great service

I’ve been very happy with my TSO headset that I use with the Bose QC35. Unfortunately the mic stopped working on my last trip. Patrick was quick to respond and help me get a new mic back ASAP before the start of my next trip. Kudos for the great service.

TSO status

The TSO stuff has always been confusing to me. My A20’s can with a nice stamp on the headset and certification sheet. This mic came with neither. I bought these to use at work but unfortunately due to these issues above I am prohibited from using them. The mic works great in pistons. Using them with QC35’s they have the same noise reduction as a pair of A20’s. If I had known about the above issues I would not have bought them.

Hi, Will. The TSO certification sticker you're looking for is located on the mic element. If you slide the mic muff back a bit, you will see it. The paperwork for this was included with the instruction manual inside the mic box as well. Please let us know if you have any other concerns. We may be slow to respond to website reviews, but we respond daily to calls or emails. Happy flying! Courtney and Patrick, owners of NFlightCam, 907-891-8607
